The American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), is a network of 12,000 association executives where I am a founding member of the technology council and a member of the international council. This US based association is part of the online community of the Union of International Associations (UIA) (www.uia.org/),, a Brussels based nonprofit clearing house for information on over 40,000 international organizations and constituencies. Rick Rodgers, a founding member of the Technology Council and a member of the International Section, has been a member since 1975. ASAE & The Center for Association leadership, under the direction of Susan Sarfati, recently hosted a Glboal Summit on Social Responsibility.
