City of Chicago Public Schools Managed the design and development of an automated student transportation information system for the City of Chicago Public Schools , a major metropolitan school district. The business objective of the system was to reduce overall transportation expenses and to ensure that all eligible pupils have transportation assignments between school and home in conformance with state and federal legislation. The system increased bus utilization and reduced student transportation costs by millions of dollars.
